Romper is lined in 100% cotton with an overlay of the tulle creating the perfect knee-length skirt. Snap closures make for easy and quick diaper changes.

Bodice features smocking all the way around with a gathered ruffle at the top. Flowing tulle ties at the shoulders into a large bow on each side. So sweet and magical.
