At Baby Bling Street, your satisfaction with your purchase is our number one priority. We seek to limit returns by providing you with outstanding products and tools, such as size charts and phone-in or email customer service to answer your questions prior to purchasing. We are here to help answer any question you may have such as fabric content, coordinating outfits, etc., so that you have a very pleasurable shopping experience.
If you have a situation that requires a return, exchange, or credit, we will help you with a prompt resolution. Please note the guidelines below:
We will gladly accept your return for a full refund within 14 days from receipt of purchase. If you cannot return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, we will gladly issue a store credit up to 30 days of receipt of your purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final. We will not make exchanges past 30 days. See Exchange Policy below.
Exceptions: This does exclude pre-order or customer order items and sales items. In addition, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on hair accessories, hats, swimwear, earrings, socks, and tights due to sanitary reasons.
Please note: Only sale items from our "SALE ITEMS" department are final. No refunds, credits or exchanges will be accepted for these items. However, we will accept returns on promotional discounts provided all requirements are met as outlined throughout this policy.
Items that are marked 40% off or higher in our "Sale Items" Department or on promotion are final sales.
Items you choose to return must be returned exactly as you received them. The item must be in its original packaging (including its original protective covering, hangers, etc.), and all tags/labels must still be attached to the item. Garments, blankets, and other fabric items must be free from odor, dirt and debris.
Most of our apparel is quite delicate. Therefore, items damaged when worn (as children are very active), and items that have shrunk when washed (as we give you as much product care information as we can), cannot be returned or exchanged. Should you have any questions, please contact us prior to your purchase using our toll-free number or email. Unfortunately, if the item is received in a condition where it cannot be resold, the order will be returned to you and additional shipping charges will apply.
Sometimes we will offer a free gift as a thank you for your order. In such instances, please accept the gift as a thank you for shopping at Baby Bling Street. Likewise, if the promotion is still running, you will not receive an additional gift.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
"Free Shipping" returns: If you are returning an item that featured "Free Shipping” or qualified for "Free Shipping", the refund applied will be for the item price minus $5.95, our standard flat rate shipping fee. If you prefer to exchange your original free shipped item for another item that also qualifies for free shipping, the standard $5.95 rate will be added to cover our expense. We will make an exception to this rule, only if your item is deemed defective. Then, it will be replaced with no additional shipping charges. If exchanging a free shipping item for a standard shipping item, you will be charged our regular shipping cost.
We trust that you understand fully the return criteria above. Unfortunately if these conditions are not met, we will unhappily not be able to issue you a refund, exchange or credit.
Return for Refund: If you've met the criteria above and wish to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, please follow this procedure:
Please contact us via email at email@example.com in order to receive a Return Authorization (RA). You will receive your RA within 48 hours. Items shipped back to us without an RA number cannot be accepted and will be returned. You will be charged for shipping.
Please ship your return promptly after receiving your RA. Your item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the RA number issued to you.
Make a copy of your gift receipt and mark clearly the RA number and then write the reason why you are returning your purchase and anything more you'd like to share with us.
Place receipt and item(s) into a secure packing carton/envelope. We are not responsible for lost items so please insure your package if you have any concern.
Postage must be pre-paid. We do not receive CODs.

The refund will be processed and credited to the same account to which your purchase was originally billed. We will credit your account within 14 business days and it will show up on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
Gift Certificates: If you paid with a Gift Certificate, we will mail you a Gift Certificate. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Certificate, the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card.
Exchange Policy: Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Purchase the item you want to exchange on line and then send the previous item back, following the Return for Refund guidelines above. Exchanges will not be made past 30 days of original purchase.
Return for Credit: If all the Return for Refund criteria is met and your return falls outside of the 14-day window for a full refund, we will issue you a store credit. Your return must be received within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the sale is final. We will send you a numbered certificate with a Promotion Code to be entered after placing your new order in the box provided in your shopping cart. The merchandise credit will be issued in the amount of your purchase, minus any shipping costs (shipping is a non-refundable expense).
Delivery Confirmations: Please note that if an item does not arrive to you or your gift recipient's destination, as verifiable by our tracking methods, Baby Bling Street will replace the lost item. However, if your purchase has arrived at its destination, and not claimed by the recipient, the item will not be taken back for return or refund. Should we receive said package marked "returned by sender", the item will ship out immediately once we receive your shipping instructions. Any re-shipping costs will be at customer's expense. After 14 days of receipt of unclaimed package at our offices and we have not received further instructions, we will not return, issue credit or make any exchanges. The merchandise will be returned to inventory. However, we will make every effort to contact you so this does not occur.
Price Adjustments: Please note that we do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases after 7 days of date of purchase.
